|Just like my brother, i use reference pictures off the internet. I don't trace them in any way, i simply do a side-by-side to try and get the pose, y'know, for practice. Everyone does it at one point or another. So, please don't note me or comment on how i'm "Tracing" because i'm not. Thank you.|

Probably just me because I'm an incredibly neurotic human being, but here we go:
I think, some artists, do not understand the difference between a Tutorial and a Process.
And, here is why this irks me.
Every time I see a Tutorial that's just different progress shots of how they did something, with no explanation on their technique, method, or anything else other than those pictures....I just have to question the nomenclature of things.
A tutorial should attempt to at least explain your thoughts while you're doing a piece. There are a lot of great ones, where the artist writes in sidebars explanations of what they do, in what order, what layers they used, what tools they used, etc....
When you've given a decent explanation on your thoughts, in attempt to teach someone how you approach something, that is a tutorial.
When you do a process GIF, or just a progress of how an artwork was completed with litt
